Fiddler On the Roof was my first ever production I took part in as a backstage crew, not to mention as the set designer. Being completely new to theatre, I took the simplest approach I can think of and designed a very simple set: a village backdrop, a bar area, a movable two-sided house. Being inspired by the painted villages images, I decided to paint all the set in a cartoonish way. This was a great experience for me to explore theatrical productions, learn the roles of backstage and most importantly created the path of my future I decided to take, to become a set designer.‍
